Payment Options
At ZARHAM CHOICE, we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method for eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Please ensure the exact payment amount is available upon delivery.
Orders may be verified before dispatch. ZARHAM CHOICE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery deliveries.
We currently do not accept online payments, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, or Buy Now, Pay Later services.
Customers who repeatedly refuse or fail to accept COD orders without a valid reason may have future orders declined.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are prioritized for same-day dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next working day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will try again once. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to us and re-shipping fees will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
