How to use
- Rinse and dry the press before first use.
- Open the mould flat and lay a round wrapper over each of the two slots.
- Spoon the filling into the centre of each. Do not overfill — leave the rim clear.
- Wet the edge of the wrapper lightly with water so it bonds.
- Close the press firmly once. Open it, lift out two finished dumplings, repeat.

Frequently asked questions
Is it electric? No — and that is the point. It is a manual hand press. One squeeze does the folding and sealing, so there is nothing to charge and nothing that can stop working.
How fast is it really? Two to three seconds per pair once you get a rhythm going. The slow part becomes spooning the filling, not folding.
Do I need to make my own wrappers? No. Shop-bought round dumpling or gyoza wrappers work perfectly. Homemade dough works too if rolled thin and cut round.
Will it work for samosas? Yes, for the small pocket style using round wrappers. Large triangular samosas are still a hand job.
Why do mine split open? Almost always too much filling, or a dry edge. Use slightly less filling and wet the rim before pressing.
Is it dishwasher safe? We recommend hand washing to protect the hinge and the sealing edge.
